The Executive management of Safe Demo hereby gives the possibility to raise an alert to confidentially disclose a situation or illegal events or actions that are illicit, serious, dangerous, or contrary to the Group’s values and to the respect for freedoms and human rights.

This system embodies the commitment of the Group executives to enforce a zero tolerance policy for influence peddling, bribery, embezzlement, fraudulent or unauthorized use or ownership of the Group's assets, harassment or bullying, voluntary or involuntary endangerment of others.

A "Whistleblower" is an individual who is part of this Zero Tolerance approach and informs or signals, in a disinterested manner and in good faith, all events or acts that violated it, and for which they personally know the person(s) involved, and that are a serious threat or prejudice to the Group and/or the general interest.

The Whistleblower benefits from respect for their anonymity vis-à-vis their superiors and any third party. Their revelations, made in good faith and justified, will not expose them to any sanctions or negative consequences on their personal and professional life.

Such alerts are transmitted by e-mail to a specifically dedicated address: alert@safe-demo.com

This e-mail address is exclusively consulted by the Legal manager who transmits the content of the alerts to the CEO of Safe Demo Group.

The Whistleblower must indicate in their e-mail the date of the facts denounced, the place, the person(s) involved and the detailed description of the facts, and provide the information or documents in their possession in whatever form or medium that is likely to back up their alert.

The admissibility of any alert will be examined and its author will be informed of the proper receipt of their report and of the reasonable and foreseeable time necessary for the examination of their report.

[1] “Mobbing” is an unethical and destructive way of reacting to a situation or to a person. Mobbing refers to negative and destructive actions of a person or persons, directly or indirectly directed against a third person, which reproduce consistently, frequently, over an extended period and aiming to harm and discredit a person, isolate or exclude them and gradually remove them from their job. This is a set of events which, taken individually, may appear benign but which, because of their repetition, have a destructive effect on the person.

The constituent acts of bullying can take many forms: attacks on the ability to communicate (e.g., prevent the person to express themselves, constantly interrupting, yelling at them); violations of social relations (e.g., refuse all contact with the person, do not say hello, ignore, exclude, isolate); reputation damage (e.g,. ridiculing the person by spreading rumours about them, mocking, humiliating, uttering insulting remarks); damage to the quality of life and the professional situation (.e.g., assign the person absurd, inappropriate or insulting tasks, to subject them to free criticism, depriving them of important tasks); health damage (e.g., overload the person with work, threaten them or inflict physical violence).
