Paint production technician

Professional experts

Our paint production technicians play an essential role in the smooth running of our productions. They are responsible for ensuring the start-up of new productions on our paint lines and ensuring their traceability.

Training

This profession is accessible with a CAP or BEP Technique. Training for this position is provided internally by our painting expert and our experienced technicians.

Machine operator

on a production line, an essential profession

Machine operators are responsible for ensuring production, checking conformity and packaging. They are present on all of our production lines and are at the heart of production.

This job allows me to be autonomous and responsible for my press. I have to make I work within the schedule and organize myself as well as possible to ensure production.

Main missions

Technical know-how

  • Prepare the necessary elements for the job
  • Enter the product and client reference on the tablet
  • Edit labels
  • Ensure the supply of materials and semi-finished products
  • Evaluate and sort waste at the end of the shift
  • Validate the visual compliance of each product
  • Alert the quality operator or technician in the event of non-conformities
  • Provide the quality operator with the parts for sampling control when necessary
  • Prepare the packaging, arrange the parts according to the range and label the boxes
  • Fill in the Pareto form
  • Quantity of parts

  • Meter reading at the end of production

Training

This job does not require a diploma but good level of reading, writing and calculations

Logistics coordinator

A profession at the heart of the company

The main role of the logistics coordinator is to ensure the optimal availability of products, on time, with allotted stock levels while guaranteeing the best possible service rate to the client. Each coordinator is a point of reference on one of our production lines by intervening in the management of production plans according to our internal and external client constraints.

Main missions

Our coordinators have strong interpersonal skills for both internal and external clients. Priority management and the ability to make quick decisions are part of their daily work.

  • Plan the execution of the order
  • Participate in the development of manufacturing programs
  • Receive the client order
  • Monitor logistics parameters such as batch size, safety stock
  • Follow up on manufacturing and ensure deadlines are met
  • Keep the client informed of the progress of their order
  • Offer solutions to the client in the event of problems
  • Plan and organize transport in collaboration with the client
  • Manage the delivery schedule and prepare delivery documents
  • Ensure the correct shipment of parts to the client, in conjunction with the shipping department
  • Ensure proper delivery of the order to the client

Training

BAC + 2/3 Logistics/International trade
Fluency in English + possibly another language
